TenStep International Public Sector
The TenStep International Public Sector practice group specializes in consulting and advisory services to win and manage projects and programs for government organizations around the world (but outside of the United States). The practice is made up of several TenStep Global Partner offices and coordinated by the Spanish office (Contact us).
We offer companies and institutions many types of services in business development, proposal consulting, and follow-up in the selection process in publicly-funded tenders and grants. We later can assist in the management of awarded projects or grants. Many of these projects and grants are co-financed by international development institutions such as the European Commission, the World Bank, the Inter-American, European, Asian, African and other regional Development Banks and the United Nations Agencies.
Thanks to the active participation of our Global Partners in these European and internationally-funded tenders and projects, this practice group promotes and coordinates the involvement of TenStep offices in all types of government contracts (individual tenders, master or framework contracts, supplier schedules or databases, etc.), especially projects in the areas of small enterprise development, energy, engineering, tourism and promotion of information and communications technologies (ICTs).
We deliver consulting and training services to national and international public sector clients at the three levels of government (central or federal, regional, or state and local), including the financial and investment analysis of projects and programs prior to their approval, the intermediate and final evaluation of these projects, program and project management units, and related monitoring and training in all areas.
